East Indian Rosewood Cane
East Indian Rosewood Cane
This handmade cane is made from one of the world's most classic woods, East Indian Rosewood. East Indian rosewood has been in high demand for centuries as a premium furniture and musical instrument wood. This particular example is a dark purple with rich maroon colors. East Indian rosewood is grown on plantations now and old growth stock is extremely limited. This stock is from a forest, which is why it has the best colors for E.I.R. Its weight is moderate but towards the lighter side, its a nimble cane and daily use appropriate for almost anyone. It has a luster finish that is smooth and luxurious. Total cane height measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
