We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, and Venmo through our website, but we also accept check by mail

Returns and Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on Ready Made pieces. However, if a Ready Made piece has been shortened by request than the sale is final. For all other Ready Made pieces:

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns and exchanges on Custom Work. We will gladly work with you to make sure the piece meets your expectations. We never leave a disappointment unresolved.

Shipping
We ship worldwide to the mailing address provided at the time of checkout.
We use US Postal Service’s Priority Mail shipping method for all of our orders. Insured delivery to the lower 48 US states within 3 days. If you have additional shipping requirements let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Terms of Service
When a customer purchases a product from our Gillis Canes LLC website we reserve the right to assess whether the purchase is legal or fraudulent and will fulfill the order only when we deem the purchase is legitimate. If we find any reason to suspect a fraudulent purchase (stolen card, fake name or address, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and report the purchase attempt to the payment service providers we partner with.
When we enter into a conversation with a potential customer about modifying or designing a product, it is not a contractual agreement to provide our services or products until a detailed form outlying the terms of the agreement is complete and payment (whether a down payment or payment in full) is made by the customer. Products will not be provided to a customer until they have been paid in full. We reserve the right to end communication if appropriate (i.e. cannot fulfill a custom request, cannot source materials requested, etc.) without any commitment to providing the potential customer with our products or services if there have been no contractual agreements or payments made.
