This heirloom quality cane is hand crafted using Gidgee wood from Australia and Zebrawood from Africa. This piece of gidgee is loaded with interesting grain patterns and colors, it has curl figure, contrasting colors, and golden chatoyance - very handsome! Gidgee wood is basically tied with Genuine Lignum (Guayacan) for the densest wood in the world. A profoundly dense, and heavy wood, plus figured with this example, its an excellent and durable timber for a walking cane. Gidgee is also very rare. The dark browns in the handle and zebrawood are a nice match and the divider has intricate 3D curl figured yellow box wood. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
