An heirloom quality, handmade sickle handled cane with an sharp-modern look. The handle and shaft are striped macassar ebony wood, a classic and rare exotic hardwood well known and loved around the world, this material is from Indonesia. The handle obviously has some well defined striping in the grain, the shaft is about 50/50 split between the two colors transitioning into brown at the bottom. This wood is dark, but under bright light it has a really lovely grain and a fine chatoyance. The divider is black palm, also from Indonesia, and brass with a mosaic pin inlay in the center. A great daily use cane, durable and strong, respectable cane weight but not burdensome, about average or slightly heavier. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
