Brigalow and Yellowheart Cane
Brigalow and Yellowheart Cane
This eye-catching cane features some outstand natural colors and intricate wood grains. The handle is Brigalow wood from Australia, a member of the Acacia family of species, a profoundly dense wood that grew slowly in the arid Australian outback. This is extra special figured material with excellent curl that is detailed and chatoyant. One of the striking features of this handle is the blend between the tree's light sapwood and the dark heartwood. The metal in this piece is brass and the shaft is yellowheart wood from Brazil. This wood is very shimmery and as yellow as yellow can be; the species is becoming rarer and was recently given new international protection to preserve the species. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
Great cane for daily use, comfortable handle, moderate weight, durable woods.
