Painstaking hand carved from Indonesian Sambar deer antler, the elegant handle is three breeching whales, two adults and one small calf. This is a thumbstick, which meas it is held uniquely by cradling the "Y" between your thumb and index finger. It is very comfortable and nimble. The shaft is holly, the whitest wood in the world. This cane is functional art and features all of the same construction features as my wooden pieces. Total length measures 40" and it is 38.5" to the bottom of the "Y" where the hand rests; can be shortened to fit.
