An heirloom quality walking cane made with a gorgeous selection of rare exotic woods. The handle is a top-shelf piece of York Gum burl from Australia with a whole host of different colors and excellent burl grain patterns. The red in the handle flows down through the divider with a complementing piece of curl figured Narra wood between layers of brass. In center of the divider are lapidary inlays of petrified sequoia wood with curl figure! Figured wood is rare, very little of any given tree might have "figured" wood, so finding petrified wood with curl figure is a treat. Finishing off the cane is a shaft of rare Madagascar rosewood. A lovely and functional cane, medium in weight, could be used by most anyone.
Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
