Huon Pine Pistol Grip Cane

About this item

An heirloom quality walking cane made using historic wood. The handle is Huon Pine, the second longest lived species on earth after the Bristlecone pine. Huon only grows in a small corner of Tasmania and its common name is deceptive because its actually not a pine species! The divider is ancient Huon pine with the tightest growth rings I've ever seen in wood before (displayed at the side of the cane). The shaft is Dabema wood from Africa. Total length measures 38" and can be shortened to fit.
